Day 4- "It looked better in person"

Sarah asked me to show more angles of the style. I did my best. It was a very busy day, so I am happy I wore my hair up. I love french braiding my hair. I learned how to do it by practicing over and over again on my sisters while they watched the Disney Family Movie when we were younger. Being able to do it on my own head as given me so much versatility. I will teach you one day if you ask very nicely. Ok, you don't even have to ask, I am dying to teach you. I am working on some video tutorials and I can't wait to share them.

Have a happy hair day!

lately buns have been my "go to hair-do" but yours looks so much prettier than mine. I look like a mean librarian.

Why would we not call this a chignon? I guess I don't knwo the difference between a bun and a chignon, if that's even how you spell it.

This is lovely. Amy's right. It's hard to make a pretty bun. But of course yours is beautiful. Thank you for all the different angles. It really helps me see the whole style. I love the braid in the front. Just goreous!

You never have a bad hair day, Mal!

Really beautiful. Two questions:

Do you use bobby pins only or do you also use the strait pins? I just discovered them because Lane's ballet studio made me use them. I kind of liked them! It kind of looks like you may have used them in this bun. Did you separate your hair for this bun or did you do one loop around the ponytail? Does that make sense?

Second question: When you flat iron your curls, do you do it on a shampoo hair day or a non-wash day?

Third question (I know!! I only said I had 2!!): Will you pretty please do a post about product?

You are my favorite hair stylist of all time!

Ooh, I can't wait to learn to do this one. I'm glad you didn't do the product discussion on the video because I'd rather have a written list to print off.
